Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made: in the case of a one-person management board, by the President of the Management Board; in the case of a multi-member management board: 1. by the President of the Management Board independently, regardless of the subject matter and value of the matter; 2. in non-property matters or property matters concerning the disposal of a right or the incurring of a liability with a value up to PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand złoty), or concerning the establishment of an employment relationship, by two members of the management board; 3. in property matters concerning the disposal of a right or the incurring of a liability with a value from PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand złoty), by two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, or by two members of the management board together with a commercial proxy. In the case of recurring performances, the value of the matter constitutes the sum of the performances for one year, and if the performances last less than one year, for the entire period of their duration.
