Ecological polyethylene foam! We are pleased to announce that FOAMFACTORY has introduced two new foams to its product offer. The first foam is Expanded PE - foamed polyethylene, EPE 100% recyclable, containing recycled raw materials. The second is PE foam, which is made exclusively of recycled materials and can be recycled again. FoamFactory on FOAM EXPO EUROPE!

Representatives of our company will have the opportunity to participate in the International Fair FOAM EXPO EUROPE on 10-12 September in Stuttgart, Germany. FOAM EXPO EUROPE is the largest trade fair in Europe with over 200 companies dealing in plastics processing, including polyethylene foams in which our company specializes.

The new CNC plotter is here!

In order to meet the expectations of our customers, we have added a new CNC plotter with the largest field of work available on the market to our machinery! From now on it is easy to create elements with dimensions of up to 3 meters in a single machining operation. Thanks to the reliable Mitsubishi control system and the bipartite system, the modern CNC plotter is able to produce products faster and provide our customers with their products on time. What is CNC?

CNC milling is one of the types of material processing to give the material precise shape, size and characteristics. In the past, when working with metal or other materials, a group of skilled craftsmen had to work which, under the watchful eye of the person supervising their work, did all the work by hand. This has changed dynamically with the development of technology, including robotics. Now the programmers and operators monitor the entire machining process.
