Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters, may be made, in the case of a one-person management board, by the President of the Management Board acting independently, and, in the case of a multi-member management board, by the President of the Management Board independently or acting jointly with another member of the management board. Each member of the management board may conduct matters not exceeding the scope of the ordinary management of the foundation and resulting in the incurrence of a liability of up to and including PLN 1,000. In matters resulting in the incurrence of liabilities exceeding PLN 1,000, declarations of will shall be made by the President of the Management Board independently or by the President of the Management Board acting jointly with another member of the management board.
