Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board is authorised to represent the foundation independently in all non-financial, official, administrative, court, registration, tax, customs, banking, insurance, employment, accounting and reporting matters, including signing documents, declarations, applications, forms, statements, explanations, powers of attorney and other documents before public administration authorities, courts, the National Court Register, tax offices, the Social Insurance Institution, banks, local government units and other institutions. The President of the Management Board is authorised to independently make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in financial matters if the value of the transaction does not exceed PLN 20,000. In financial matters in which the value of the transaction exceeds PLN 20,000, the joint action of two members of the management board is required to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. If the management board is a one-person management board, the sole member of the management board represents the foundation independently.
