1. Subject to paragraph 2 below, making declarations of will on behalf of the foundation requires the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President of the Management Board. 2. In the following matters, the President or Vice-President of the Management Board may independently make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation: matters connected with employing the foundation’s personnel; disposing of a right or incurring an obligation to render a performance with a value not exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys); in the case of periodic or recurring performances, the total of the annual performances arising from the agreement shall be taken into account. 3. The provision of paragraph 2 above does not apply to dispositions of rights or the incurring of obligations where the lump sum or maximum amount of the performance is not specified. In such cases, the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President, in accordance with paragraph 1 above, is required.
