Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board may independently make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters, provided that the value of the liability incurred by the foundation does not exceed PLN 50,000. 2. In property matters in which the value of the liability incurred by the foundation exceeds PLN 50,000, a declaration of will by two members of the management board acting jointly is required. 3. If the management board consists of one person, paragraphs 1–2 do not apply, and the sole member of the management board may represent the foundation and incur liabilities independently without limitations.
