Manner of representation

Decisions on the acquisition, disposal and encumbrance of the association’s property are made by each member of the management board independently up to the amount of PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand złoty). In the case of a transaction with a value exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand złoty) up to a total amount of PLN 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand złoty), joint action of the entire management board is required. A resolution of the General Meeting of Members is required to incur liabilities exceeding PLN 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand złoty).
