Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will concerning the disposal of the association’s financial funds shall be made by two persons from among the members of the management board of the association. 2. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorized to conclude all agreements on behalf of the association. 3. The validity of other letters and documents requires the signature of one member of the management board. 4. The management board may grant powers of attorney to members of the association to make declarations of will, dispose of financial funds and incur liabilities, including financial liabilities. 5. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorized to grant powers of attorney on behalf of the association. 6. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the General Meeting of Members or by a member of the Audit Committee indicated in a resolution of that body.
