Manner of representation

1. All members of the management board are authorised, independently, to make declarations of will concerning the property rights and obligations of the foundation and to represent the foundation before courts and administrative authorities; the President or the Vice-President of the foundation is authorised to do so. 2. Declarations of will within the scope of performing the employer's duties are made independently by the members of the management board and, if attorneys-in-fact referred to in §17 paragraph 3 have been appointed, also by an attorney-in-fact if the power of attorney covers such declarations of will. 3. In matters concerning the employment of employees, the declaration of will is made independently by the President of the Management Board.
