Manner of representation

1. The following are authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation and to represent it: a. in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board (the sole member of the management board), independently; b. in the case of a multi-member management board – the President of the Management Board independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. Each member of the management board is authorised to accept declarations of will and service of documents submitted to the foundation independently. 3. The management board may appoint attorneys-in-fact to conduct specific matters of the foundation on the terms specified in the provisions of law.
