Manner of representation

Each member of the management board is authorized to represent the association independently; however, two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President or Vice-President, are authorized to incur property liabilities. In exceptional situations, the association may be represented in its affairs by a person authorized in writing by a member of the management board. Granting a power of attorney to incur property liabilities or to perform acts exceeding ordinary management requires the signatures of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President; the power of attorney specifies its scope and duration.
