Manner of representation

The management board directs the activities of the foundation and represents it externally. The management board adopts decisions by resolutions by a simple majority of votes with at least half of the members of the body present. In the event of an equal division of votes, the vote of the President of the Management Board is decisive. The management board, under the direction of the President of the Management Board, directs the entirety of the foundation’s current activities, manages its assets and represents it externally. All letters and documents of the foundation issued externally are signed independently by the President of the Management Board or independently by each member of the management board.
