Manner of representation

1. The following, acting independently, are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the club, including in matters concerning property rights and obligations: 1) in the case of a two-person management board, the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President, independently; 2) in the case of a three-person or four-person management board, two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President. 2. In agreements between the club and members of the management board and in disputes with them, the club is represented by a member of the Audit Committee designated in its resolution or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the General Meeting of Members.
