Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, each member of the management board acting independently or a person authorized by the management board is authorized. In matters connected with assuming liabilities above PLN 5,000 (five thousand złoty) and in property-related matters above PLN 5,000 (five thousand złoty), a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation is submitted by the President together with another member of the management board or by two members of the management board acting jointly or by one of those members of the management board acting together with an attorney-in-fact appointed by the President.
