If a multi-member management board is appointed, subject to point 3, declarations on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly. 3. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring property obligations exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Management Board of the foundation.
