Manner of representation

1. The management board manages the activities of the foundation and represents it externally. 2. All members of the management board are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently. 3. The President is authorized to independently make declarations in property matters, incur obligations and make declarations of will, while the remaining members of the management board act according to a two-person representation involving the President. Each member of the management board may independently make declarations concerning general management.
