Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters, require the signature of the President of the management board; in the event of the President’s death, this function is performed by the Vice-President. 2. In the event that a one-person management board is appointed, the member of the management board has the powers of the President. An attorney-in-fact designated by the founder will be appointed to sign agreements with the President. In the event that a management board consisting of at least two persons is appointed, an agreement with a member of the management board on behalf of the foundation will be signed by another member of the management board. 3. In the case of a multi-member management board, concluding employment contracts with employees requires the prior consent of the President of the management board.
