Manner of representation

In non-property matters, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be submitted independently by each member of the management board or by an attorney-in-fact authorised by the management board for a particular act. In property matters, the President of the Management Board or a member of the management board within the scope of an authorisation granted to them by the President of the Management Board, or at least two members of the management board, including the President (or Vice-President) of the Management Board, acting jointly, is authorised to submit declarations of will independently. If the management board is a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board submits declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently.
