Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made: 1. in the case of declarations of will on behalf of the foundation concerning the management of the foundation's assets and other matters related to the foundation's activities and external representation, by the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board, and each member of the management board independently; 2. in the case of entering into agreements on behalf of the foundation with the President of the Management Board, Vice-Presidents of the Management Board and members of the management board, and in disputes between them, by the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board in relation to each member of the management board independently, and by each member of the management board in relation to the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board or another member of the management board independently.
