Manner of representation

1. The management board represents the foundation externally. 2. In the case of a one-person management board, the foundation is represented by the President of the Management Board. 3. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will up to the amount of PLN 30,000 (thirty thousand zlotys) on behalf of the management board may be made independently by each member of the management board. 4. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will exceeding the amount of PLN 30,000 (thirty thousand zlotys) on behalf of the management board may be made by two members of the management board. 5. The members of the management board may grant a general, type-specific or special power of attorney within the scope of their competences.
