Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by the President independently, or by two members of the management board acting jointly, or by an appointed commercial proxy within the scope of the authority granted. 2. For the performance of a specific act, an attorney-in-fact may be appointed and authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, specifying in detail the subject matter and scope of the authority. 3. Branch directors may represent the branch independently, except that financial obligations require the signature of the President or the commercial proxy.
