Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President of the Management Board. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters related to incurring property liabilities, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Management Board. 3. In contracts between the foundation and the President of the Management Board and in disputes with them, the foundation shall be represented by another member of the management board acting independently. Apart from this exception, the remaining members of the management board do not have the right to represent the foundation, make declarations of will or incur property liabilities.
