For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making declarations of will in matters other than financial matters, and for signing documents on behalf of the association, the signature of one member of the management board is required. For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making declarations of will in financial matters, including incurring liabilities, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required.
