Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will, property obligations and financial documents are undertaken and signed independently by the President of the Management Board. 2. During the absence of the President of the Management Board, if a multi-member management board has been elected, declarations of will, property obligations and financial documents are signed independently by the Vice-President of the Management Board. 3. The signing of declarations of will and property obligations may be entrusted to another person on the basis of an appropriate notarial power of attorney.
