Manner of representation

The management board represents the association before state authorities and natural and legal persons in Poland and abroad. A. The following are authorised to represent the association externally independently: the President and each member of the management board. B. The President of the association jointly with two members of the management board has the right to incur property obligations on behalf of the association. A. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to make and sign on behalf of the association declarations concerning property and non-property rights and obligations. B. The management board may grant a power of attorney to represent the interests of the association. The power of attorney must be granted in writing by all members of the management board, including the President. The power of attorney may be revoked at any time by summoning the attorney-in-fact to return its original.
