Manner of representation

1. The following are authorised to submit a declaration of will, as well as all correspondence and powers of attorney, concerning the disposal of a right or the incurring of a liability: 1) independently, the President or the treasurer of the association's management board, up to an amount not exceeding PLN 20,000; 2) jointly, two members of the association's management board, above an amount exceeding PLN 20,000. 2. For the validity of other correspondence and documents, the signature of one member of the association's management board is required.
