Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made: 1. in the case of a one-person management board, by the President of the Management Board independently; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board, the following persons are authorised to make declarations on behalf of the foundation: a. where the action concerns the disposal of a right or the incurring of an obligation with a value not exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zloty), one member of the management board independently; b. where the action concerns the disposal of a right or the incurring of an obligation with a value exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zloty), two members of the management board jointly.
