Manner of representation

Each member of the management board is authorised to represent the association. The persons authorised to submit declarations of will within the scope of the association’s property rights and obligations are as follows: a) up to and including the gross amount of one-half of the minimum remuneration for work applicable in the given period, the declaration is submitted by 1 member of the management board; b) above the gross amount of one-half of the minimum remuneration for work up to and including the amount of 1 minimum remuneration for work, the declaration is submitted by 3 members of the management board acting jointly; c) above the amount of 1 minimum remuneration for work applicable in the given period, the declaration is submitted by 1 member of the management board on the basis of a resolution of the general meeting containing consent to the specific obligation.
