Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President and Vice-President of the Management Board unanimously (acting together and in agreement), subject to point 3. 2. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will, both in property-related and non-property-related matters, are made independently by the President of the Management Board. 3. In matters not related to incurring property-related liabilities exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand Polish zlotys, 00/100), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Management Board of the foundation or the Vice-President of the Management Board of the foundation. 4. The foundation may be represented externally by each member of the management board independently. 5. Attorneys-in-fact appointed by the Management Board of the foundation may also be persons authorised to represent the foundation in particular areas of the foundation’s activity.
