Manner of representation

The persons authorised to make declarations of will concerning the property rights and obligations of the foundation are: 1. in the case of a one-person management board, one member of the management board independently without limitations; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board: a) one member of the management board independently up to the amount of PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys); b) the President of the Management Board without limitations; 2. In every case, one member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will concerning the non-property rights and obligations of the foundation independently. 3. In addition, persons acting on the basis of powers of attorney granted by the management board pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964–Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) are authorised to make declarations, sign agreements and incur obligations on behalf of the foundation.
