Manner of representation

The following are authorized to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association: a) the Chairperson of the association or the Vice-Chairperson of the association acting independently, b) within the limits specified in a written power of attorney granted by the Chairperson of the association or the Vice-Chairperson of the association–two members of the management board jointly or the Secretary or the treasurer jointly with a member of the management board. The following are authorized to submit declarations of will in property matters, including conducting property-related transactions with banks: the Chairperson of the association, the Vice-Chairperson of the association independently, or, within the limits specified in a written power of attorney granted by the Chairperson of the association or the Vice-Chairperson of the association, two members of the management board jointly.
