Overview
Fundacja OnkoSiła supports oncology patients. It runs the projects “Razem dla Zdrowia – Aktywnie i Świadomie” and “Siła Życia II” and provides therapeutic activities and bedside support in hospital. It also invites people to become a friend of the foundation.

1. Each member of the management board acting independently is authorised to represent the foundation and make declarations of will on its behalf, subject to paragraph 3. 2. The President of the Management Board independently is authorised to incur financial liabilities in an amount up to PLN 50,000. 3. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to incur financial liabilities exceeding PLN 50,000; in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised to do so after obtaining the consent of the foundation council expressed in the form of a resolution.
