Manner of representation

The foundation is represented externally by each member of the management board independently; above the amount of PLN 5,000,000, joint action by the President and the Vice-President is required. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made individually by the President of the foundation. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President is authorized to make declarations of will independently, or two members of the management board jointly.
