Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in matters related to incurring liabilities up to and including PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys), may be made independently by: 1.1. the President of the Management Board of the foundation; 1.2. the Vice-President of the Management Board of the foundation; 1.3. a member of the Management Board of the foundation. 2. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in matters related to incurring liabilities exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys), require the joint action of: 2.1. two members of the Management Board of the foundation, acting jointly; or 2.2. the President together with one member of the Management Board of the foundation; or 2.3. the Vice-President together with one member of the Management Board of the foundation; or 2.4. the President together with the Vice-President of the Management Board of the foundation.
