Manner of representation

For submitting and receiving declarations of will on behalf of the Club, the President of the Management Board is authorized independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board is authorized independently to submit declarations or sign agreements concerning the incurring of obligations or disposing of the Club's property with a value not exceeding PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand PLN), whereas for submitting declarations or signing agreements concerning the incurring of obligations or disposing of the Club's property with a value exceeding PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys), the joint action of the President of the Management Board and one member of the management board is required.
