Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President independently. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President or the Vice-President independently. 3. The management board of the foundation may appoint an attorney-in-fact to represent the foundation within the scope of matters specified in the power of attorney granted. 4. In property matters exceeding PLN 30,000, the signatures of 2 members of the management board, including the President, are required (in the case of a multi-member management board).
