Manner of representation
Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation within the scope corresponding to ordinary management of the foundation are made independently by the members of the management board of the foundation. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in the case of a multi-member management board, require the joint action of at least two members of the management board of the foundation, including the President of the Management Board of the foundation. If the management board is a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board of the foundation makes declarations of will independently in all matters. In particular, activities involving disposal of the foundation's property with a value exceeding PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand zlotys) or activities intended to incur an obligation in the same amount are deemed to exceed the scope of ordinary management.
