Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in the association’s property and non-property matters, including incurring liabilities and concluding agreements on behalf of the association, the President of the Management Board acting independently, or the Vice-President of the Management Board and the treasurer acting jointly, or an attorney-in-fact of the management board acting independently, is authorized, provided that in agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the Audit Committee indicated in a resolution of that body or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the General Meeting of Members.
