Manner of representation
For the submission of declarations of will, in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorized to act independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, the following persons are authorized to submit declarations on behalf of the company: a) in matters in which the value of the subject matter does not exceed 1,000,000 (one million) zlotys, each member of the management board independently; b) in matters in which the value of the subject matter exceeds 1,000,000 (one million) zlotys, a member of the management board acting jointly with the President of the Management Board.
