Manner of representation
For submitting declarations of will in all matters, including proprietary matters, of the foundation and for entering into agreements, the President of the foundation's management board is authorised to act independently, or the Vice-President jointly with an attorney-in-fact of the management board acting on the basis of a power of attorney from the female founder. To grant powers of attorney to act on behalf of a multi-member management board, the written consent of at least two members of the management board is required, and in the case of a one-person management board, a written power of attorney from the President of the Management Board or the female founder. The attorney-in-fact of the management board is authorised to sign agreements with the management board and, on the basis of a written power of attorney from the members of the management board, may also represent the foundation in organisational matters.
