Manner of representation

Declarations of will in property matters of the association are made: A) up to the amount of PLN 5,000, independently by the President or the Vice-President or an attorney-in-fact authorized by the management board; B) above the amount of PLN 5,000, by two members of the management board, including the President or the Vice-President, or by an attorney-in-fact authorized by the management board. 2. The association’s management board may, by resolution, authorize third parties to make declarations of will in property matters. 3. For the validity of declarations concerning the non-property rights and obligations of the association and the issuing of recommendations, the signature of the President or the Vice-President is required.
