The Executive Management Board, on the basis of the powers granted under the articles of association, represents the Branch in acts producing effects externally, including with respect to incurring financial liabilities. 4. In the matters specified in points 1 and 2, the President of the Management Board of the Provincial Branch or the Executive Management Board may grant powers of attorney within the scope of their respective competences.
