Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by each member of the management board independently. In property matters, including the conclusion of agreements or the incurring of other liabilities whose value exceeds PLN 5,000.00 in a single transaction, the written consent of two members of the management board acting jointly, or the written consent of the President of the Management Board acting independently, is required. In every case, the incurring of liabilities exceeding PLN 50,000 requires the consent of the founder.
