In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will in property matters: 1) up to the amount of PLN 2,500.00 (in words: two thousand five hundred zlotys) gross may be made by each member of the management board independently; 2) up to an amount not exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys) gross, but higher than PLN 2,500.00 (in words: two thousand five hundred zlotys) gross, may be made by two members of the management board acting jointly; 3) in property matters exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys) gross, the signature of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board, shall be required, provided that in property matters exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand zlotys) gross, the prior approval of the founder expressed in the form of a resolution shall be required. 3. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will in non-property matters up to a value not exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand zlotys) may be made by each member of the management board, whereas above this amount they may be made by two members of the management board acting jointly.
