Activity description

Obywatel TBS is a portal and foundation focused on TBS/SIM housing and tenant rights. It started for residents of Wrocław TBS and now works across Poland, supporting people renting under the TBS/SIM system. The site provides legally and socially verified information and draws attention to systemic issues such as rent increases and promises of apartment buyouts.
