Manner of representation

The President is authorized to make declarations of will concerning the Chamber's property rights and obligations. Representing the Chamber with regard to declarations concerning property matters exceeding PLN 1,000,000.00 (one million) for each declaration, and applying on behalf of the Chamber for funds to implement projects (including projects co-financed from European Union funds) in an amount exceeding PLN 5,000,000.00 (five million) for each project, requires the consent of the Chamber Council. The President may appoint attorneys-in-fact to perform specific organizational and legal acts.
