Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters except property matters may be made by each member of the management board independently. 2. In matters of the foundation exceeding the scope of ordinary activities, namely: taking out loans exceeding PLN 5,000 (in words: five thousand); establishing, opening and closing the foundation’s bank accounts; making changes concerning persons authorised to operate the bank accounts and the foundation’s financial resources; establishing and closing bank deposits; and concluding agreements creating a liability on the part of the foundation exceeding PLN 3,000 (in words: three thousand) – declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President and Vice-President together.
