Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board is authorised to represent the association and make declarations of will independently. The remaining members of the management board are authorised to make declarations on behalf of the association acting jointly with the President of the Management Board. 2. In property matters concerning the incurring of property liabilities: 1. Up to the amount of PLN 10,000, declarations of will may be made independently by the President of the Management Board or by each of the remaining members of the management board acting and signing jointly with the President of the Management Board. 2. Above the amount of PLN 10,000, the joint action and signature of the President of the Management Board and another member of the management board shall be required.
