Manner of representation

1. For submitting declarations of will in non-property matters on behalf of the foundation and receiving declarations of will addressed to the foundation, each member of the management board, male or female, is authorized independently. 2. In property matters of the foundation, including entering into agreements and granting powers of attorney, where the value of the liability: 1) is, on a one-time basis, less than or equal to PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand and 00/100 zloty), each member of the management board, male or female, is authorized to represent the foundation independently; 2) exceeds, on a one-time basis, PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand and 00/100 zloty), in the case of a multi-member management board, joint action by two members of the management board simultaneously is required, and in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board acts independently.
