§11 1. In the event of differing opinions of the founders or their heirs concerning the disposal of/acquisition of real property, the decisive opinion is that of Zdzisław Andziak, and in the event of the succession to Zdzisław's rights by his heirs, the decisive opinion is that of Bogdan Andziak. 4. In the event of the succession to the rights of one of the founders by heirs, the other founder is obliged to introduce changes to the foundation's statute consisting in indicating therein a person from among the heirs of each of the founders who will have the decisive opinion in the event of differing opinions when the heirs of the other founder succeed to the rights.
